Quizzes/Final Exam - Quizzes follow each instructional unit and at the completion of each section unit. The successful completion of each instructional unit is required before progressing. Failing a quiz prompts a new one, which is created from a bank of questions. A minimum 70% score is needed to progress to the next lesson. To complete the course, a Final exam is required with a passing score of 70% or higher. You can re-take the Final exam (if needed) without paying any additional fees.
Instructor’s Video Presentations - Several mandatory video presentations are throughout the course. Students can pause or rewind at any time, but fast forward is disabled. After completion, the system requires pressing "next" to proceed. If the learner is absent when the video finishes, a replay is necessary. The system is designed to ensure learners watch and listen to the presentations.
Certificate of Completion - Once you have successfully completed the course, you must request your certificate by emailing us at [email protected]. Certificates are sent via email weekly on Monday. Please plan your PSI State Exam accordingly so you have your certificate printed out and in hand to show your proctor along with your ID.
Student Evaluation - Students are required to complete a course evaluation upon completing the course.
Refunds - Refunds are not provided once a student has started the course.
Terms of Agreement - By enrolling, students confirm their commitment to completing all coursework. Any attempt to have another person complete the coursework is considered fraudulent, leading to immediate expulsion. The Real Estate Career Center reserves the right to verify the integrity of submitted coursework.
Students pledge not to duplicate or distribute copyrighted work, share access to their accounts, or provide answers or assessments to others. Academic honesty is mandatory, and violations, such as cheating, result in expulsion without a refund.
